Audit trail and technical limits
Browser-local storage only, not multi-user or cross-device. No authentication, encryption-at-rest guarantee or production uptime claim. Data can be cleared by the browser. Use Export local CRM JSON and Restore exported JSON for portable persistence in storage-restricted previews. Restore only works into an empty sandbox and validates the snapshot before applying it. One record per email is deliberately conservative; production needs tenant-scoped event idempotency and separate jobs per contact. Rule-based detection can miss novel attacks and emergencies; human review is required for every outbound draft in a future live system.
